Previously, Frank was a Senior Customer Solutions Manager at Amazon Web Services (AWS) responsible for public sector technology transformation programs. Formerly, Frank was a Congressional Innovation Fellow who served as a technology policy advisor for the Committee on Homeland Security.
Lastly, Frank previously served in the Department of the Navy, both as a civilian and on active duty.
