Preeti Kota is the Head of Engineering for Compass at Atlassian. She has over 20 years of experience across a breadth of engineering roles. Her philosophy is that people are at the center of everything we do. She is very excited to be part of Compass and to have a direct impact on developer experience.

Outside of work, Preeti loves trying out new experiences. She is currently exploring karate with her daughter and enjoys playing board games with her family.
