Antonia is the DACH Founder for Women in DevOps, and also recruits for engineers within the DevOps, SRE & Cloud spaces.

Women in DevOps has allowed me to represent the voices of female engineers and empower them to become leaders of the future. Antonia studied German and Translation at Cardiff University where she spent her Erasmus year living in Leipzig.

We founded Women in DevOps in 2017 with a clear vision to close the ever-present gender gap in the DevOps space. In the six years since inception, our community has evolved into a global movement. It is now a platform that elevates the voice of all underrepresented minorities in tech, and provides a safe and supportive space that makes a real impact on the future of work for everyone.
