Payam (he/him) is an engineering leader who has focused heavily on software reliability, tooling, processes, and inclusivity.

He has successfully built shared developer platforms at National Geographic, Anheuser Busch InBev's global B2B division, and The New York Times, managing teams as large as 90 and supporting product engineering teams of up to 1000. Early in his career, he successfully built and exited DealerOn, a website platform for the automotive industry. Payam is an Iranian-American living in New York City with his cat Shaytoon.
