A data leader with 7+ years of experience, Steph most recently led the core product data team as a Senior Analytics Manager at Strava. Prior to Strava, she focused on supply growth as Senior Data Scientist at Airbnb and obtained her PhD in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University. Outside of work, Steph is a passionate endurance athlete and competed in the 2020 Marathon Olympic Trials.
