Engineering organizations find the most value when enhancing their platform to meet their custom needs. In this talk, Raghu will share his experience in establishing and growing the practices of an ecosystem team that owns integration development for Compass. He will discuss the team’s journey in building critical integrations, enabling 3P developers, open-sourcing and establishing self-paced bootcamps. The team is now focusing on making it even easier for other developer teams to extend Compass and is thinking about how to democratize this ecosystem.
