Grainger has been on a multi-year journey to build platforms that empower our engineers to focus on delivering innovative solutions for our internal and external customers. As part of that journey, we have built a combined Enablement and Platform Engineering org. This org focuses on building product-driven platform offerings, combined with Dojo and immersive learning opportunities.

The audience will learn how we:

  • Created a product-centric view of the platform
  • Combined Dojos with Platform to accelerate change
  • Improved the engineers' day-to-day work environment
