As platforms grow and mature, it becomes critical to know how new features and capabilities are being adopted. Service scorecards are a way to give feedback about the current state of a service compared to the current best practices of the platform. This gives platform owners metrics on adoption and service owners a self-service guide on how to change their services to be up to current standards. In this talk, we'll share how we built a scorecard framework for analyzing services against best practices, automated rolling out changes, and where we are planning to take it next.
